Missed a long run over the weekend due to a ankle arthroscopic course in Chicago. Felt nice to be back running.

Went to new cleveland metropark nearby with 1 mile loop:

20 miles out and back at Rocky River Reservation.
Good Temp with slight breeze
Hit the wall at mile 18, but survived.
Target "hill" run and around neighborhood
